Students don't see their groups

My students do not see the groups that I have set up for them. On Instructor's view, I can see the groups that I created, but on Student View, I don't see the groups that they have to self-sign up for the discussions. Please let me know what to do.

Because you've set up groups in which students have to self-assign themselves into, they will not see any groups until they join one or more. To join a group, direct students to click on People >> Groups >> and then click on Join.

Once they join at least one group, they will be able to access their groups from the left menu of Canvas, but they need to be members of at least one group to have this option.
