I have a student who is new to Delta who has not been able to log into Canvas yet. She claims she has submitted several help tickets and she has not heard back. She also says she has tried calling the help phone number and she can never get a hold of an agent.
Any idea of what kind of general trouble shooting advise I could give her other than keep on calling Canvas Help Desk? She needs to log in before Census day.

First of all, I doubt that she can't get a hold of Canvas tech support. Depending on the time you call, it can take awhile, but they always answer. You can have them call back and they have always returned my call. Also, I accidentally hit #1 for student help and they answered for me.

She is probably missing a key step somewhere. I've had similar issues with students and I offer to do a quick Zoom session so I can walk them through the process.

Yes, she has shared several videos via Camus email. They are great.
