Monicque, a Senior Organizational Learning and Development Specialist at Workday, partners with the business to facilitate and coach across diverse portfolios, including Leadership Development, Skills, and Career Series. Additionally, she serves as Workday’s People and Purpose VIBE Council Lead, spearheading the strategic direction and execution of DEI initiatives within the Human Resources function. Monicque’s ability to captivate audiences is well-known, as she effortlessly packs rooms of over 900+ people leaders and delivers world-class presentations. Her authenticity and genuine approach to connecting with individuals at all levels leave a lasting impact.

Residing in Northern California with her husband Jesus, a proud retired veteran of the United States Army, Monicque is a dedicated parent to her two adult children, Alexis (22) and Antonia (18). In her spare time, this semi-retired triathlete can be found swimming, biking, or running while staying connected to her spiritual journey.
