  • Understand the importance of effective communication in professional settings, including the impact it has on their career success.
  • Understand the key elements of a well-structured email, use clear and concise language to convey their message, and avoid ambiguity and misunderstandings.
  • Develop professional email etiquette skills. You will understand the importance of professional formatting and structuring in emails, use appropriate subject lines and salutations, and demonstrate strategies for maintaining a professional and respectful tone in their email communication.

Residing in Northern California with her husband Jesus, a proud retired veteran of the United States Army, Monicque is a dedicated parent to her two adult children, Alexis (22) and Antonia (18). In her spare time, this semi-retired triathlete can be found swimming, biking, or running while staying connected to her spiritual journey.

  • Understand the concept of setting purpose-driven goals and how it can significantly increase motivation, job satisfaction, and contribute to overall organizational success among classified staff.
