Clear Prerequisite Request Form - SPAN


  • To be eligible for SPAN 2, you must have completed two years of high school Spanish with a grade of C or better. Please complete the below form fully and upload your transcripts here for evaluation.

    When completing the form request to clear prerequisites, please ensure that:
    • There is no CES hold in the account.
    • The Delta ID # is correct.
    • If there is a hold on the account or the ID is wrong, the prerequisite will not be cleared.
  • Enter the name of your school
  • Course you are requesting clearing level for.
  • We need your email to notify students when the prerequisite is cleared.
