This interactive AI Learning Lab series invites faculty, staff, and administrators to explore emerging AI tools through hands-on sessions focused on creativity, productivity, digital literacy, and professional development. Attend one or more sessions to explore both the possibilities and responsibilities of using AI in higher education.

About the Facilitators

Kerry Steers brings over 13 years of experience in technology to San Joaquin Delta College. For the past four years, he has focused on artificial intelligence, exploring its use in education and the workplace. His work includes building custom AI chatbots and experimenting with AI-generated images and content. He enjoys helping others use AI thoughtfully, creatively, and effectively.

Ana De La Mora is the Professional Development & Distance Education Coordinator at San Joaquin Delta College, where she supports faculty and staff through professional learning, instructional design, online teaching, accessibility, and educational technology initiatives. Her work focuses on creating meaningful, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences while helping educators thoughtfully integrate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, into teaching and professional practice.
